Toddler Low HB (con't)

Selepas 3jam menunggu baru dapat cek darah Yusuf di HKL. Lepas tu kene tunggu giliran masuk bilik doktor pula. Doktor kata HB dah jadi 6. Tapi saya cuba bagi asid folik n iron dulu. Minggu depan datang balik tengok HB naik tak. Sebab anak puan dalam keadaan aktif lg. Cuma muka jer pucat. Saya pun tanya doktor adakah sebab sy fully bf menyebabkan anak sy low hb?

Doktor jawab:
"Apabila anak dah masuk setahun puan kene kurangkan susu. Sumber zat selepas 1 tahun adalah daripada makanan. Susu itu dah tak mampu memenuhkan zat kepada anak puan. Bangun pagi, jgn bagi anak minum susu. Kalau nk minum bagi air masak jer. Sebabnya kalau anak kita dah kenyang susu, nanti dia dah tak nak makan. Puan kene ubah persepsi puan, susu tu air jer sebenarnya. Selepas 1 tahun, anak puan perlukan makanan dan kurangkan susu. Susu yang berlebihan mengatasi makanan akan menyebabkan anemia. Tapi kalau puan atau ayah ada talasemia mungkin akan turun kepada anak juga"

Alhamdulilah, lega saya mendengarnya. Saya pun balik dan mengurangkan pencairan EBM. Tapi tula, anak tinggal dengan maid. Hrm... macam banyak bg susu jer. Minggu depannya saya ke HKL lagi. Cek darah dan didapati HB turun kepada 5. Waktu ni dah doktor perempuan macam senior sikit. Doktor kata Yusuf kene admit wad sebab dia takut ada organ dalam badan yang rosak sebab HB rendah. Doktor nak pantau.
Saya minta masuk ke private sebab leceh kalau duduk di HKL. So Doktor bagi surat refer ke hospital swasta.

Saya bawa anak saya ke KPJ Tawakal . Nasib baik leh guna insuran prudential anak saya. Tapi 2 jam jugakla nak tunggu pengesahan dari insurans tu. Anak dah meragam jer. Mula2 doktor ambik darah dulu, nak check detail darah.

Waktu ni agak leceh utk saya nak mengepam 3jam sekali. So saya redha ajer bawa susu tepung ducth lady. Namun bersyukur berjaya menyusukan anak genap setahun walaupun tidak secara direct feed. Lepas masuk wad, suami saya tunggu dulu, sy balik umah ambik barang n bibik. Bila dh sampai hosp anak sy tak duduk di katil pun. Asyik g playground ajer.

Yang lagi kelakar, anak sy ni tidur berbuai. So kitaorg akan tolak dlm stroller sehingga Yusuf tertidur. Guess what, anak saya tdo dlm stroller, sy tdo atas katil dan suami tido di katil tetamu. Hehehe. terkejut nurse ingatkan anak sy takde. So bila masuk wad tu, doktor tu tak buat apa pun. Even ubat pun dia tak bagi sebab dia nk tengok reaksi anak saya. Selepas 2 hari anak sy memang tidak duduk di katil langsung. Asyik ke playground ajer. So hari ke tiga result darah dah keluar. Doktor pun tak tau kenapa HB dia rendah.

Doktor kata:
" Sel pengeluar darah merah cukup, talasemia takde, anemia takde. Yusuf memang tiada masalah kesihatan. Dan waktu ni hb dia dah naik jadi 8. Alhamdulilah"

So doktor kata dia bagi vitamin ajer. Asid folik, iron, multivitamin appeton n apa ntah 1 lg. Setiap 2minggu kene checkup sebab nk cek keadaan Yusuf. Nasib baik treatment after warded boleh claim pada prudential. Ratus2 juga check up nya. Alhamdulilah, baru2 ni masa Yusuf 2 tahun HB nya dah 13. Saya rasa Yusuf ni bila nak tukar tahun memang akan demam la. Wallhua'lam.

Sehingga kini saya masih guna botol 5oz jer dan cuba bg makan bebanyak pada Yusuf. Multivitamin memang bagi tiap2 hari.

From TTC to Pregnancy


Alhamdulilah, daripada bulan Mei saya berTTC kini saya mendapat positif UPT. Pada mulanya saya ingatkan saya ni subur sebab bunting pelamin dulu. So tak perlulah beria saya nk ttc. Tapi selepas 3 bulan masih belum hamil, saya pun mengakui mungkin kehamilan ini tidak bergantung kepada kesuburan wanita. Setelah menggoogle, terjumpala Ratu Hati Forum.

Ratu hati forum ni adalah tempat utk kita bersembang atau berkongsi pengalaman dengan orang lain yang tidak kita kenali. Topic forum yang paling saya suka adalah Ceritakan pengalaman usaha yg dibuat sebelum berjaya hamil . Dalam topik ni kebanyakan yang berjaya hamil memang telah berusaha macam2. Maksudnya rezeki tidak datang bergolek. Apabila membaca kesemuanya saya pun rasa mcm malas nak buat huhu sebabnya banyak sgt amalannya.

Saya juga mendapati kehamilan ini sangat bergantung kepada kestabilan hormon dalam badan. Jadinya saya fikir saya perlu turunkan berat badan supaya hormon saya stabil. Saya juga belajar mengenal Cervical Mucus, mencatatkan tarikh period dan mengurangkan fast food, caffein,  dan air gas. Tak lupa juga minta ibu dan mak mertua doakan saya cepat hamil. Sebab bulan Ogos raya kan. So banyak berjumpa orang banyakla benda nak bersembang. Terselit juga tajuk TTC ni.

Bermula bulan Sept saya bertekad utk TTC secara bersungguh-sungguh. Antara yang dilakukan:
1. Minum air mineral banyak
2. Menurunkan Berat Badan
3. Minum air lemon
4. Minum pati delima ghulsan
5. homopatie
6. makan asid folik
7. Makan kacang badam bermadu
8. teknik Visualisation
9. berdoa banyak-banyak sambil mendoakan orang lain juga.

Nanti kalau ada masa saya akan huraikan satu persatu. Hampir 8 bulan berTTC ianya adalah pengalaman yang mematangkan pemikiran saya dan mengajar erti kesabaran dan bersyukur.

We can choose to stay in a state of love just by maintaining our connection and by realizing that all of that energy that comes surging through you during birth is God energy which is LOVE. And no matter what, make the choice to keep interpreting it as such and not allow it to turn to fear. 

The Importance of Clearing Emotional Blocks before Natural Childbirth

During natural childbirth every emotional block that has not been released prior to birth such as our fears, anxieties, self doubts, sexual issues, and such will find us during our birthing time. Because that is the time when there is no more hiding from our selves, the veil is lifted, the walls crumble and our inner issues come up.
It is important that you take time to clear out these old emotional blocks so that they do not cause you or your baby any more damage. You must find it within yourself to realize that the experiences that have taken place in your life or in your past do not define you; and that you will not let them keep you down any longer. They are only illusions that keep you separated from really seeing the beauty and truth of what you are. You must rise up within, reconnect with your truths and take a stand that you will not allow yourself or your baby to fall out of that beautiful state of divine love. And that you will soar high above the useless illusion of fear, pain, and struggle and reclaim your truth!

You Share the Experience of Natural Childbirth with Your Baby

Remember that your baby experiences what you do, and is working just as hard as you are to be born. Every cell in a Mother’s body is directly linked to every cell of her baby’s body and they are communicating and working with each other throughout their entire birth.
If you are experiencing fear then it will send a signal to your baby to be afraid and hesitant to be born, but if you are experiencing love then it will send a signal of safety, love and security, and that is what will draw your baby peacefully into the world.
In birth the material plane comes secondary, the most important matter is that we find that personal power that exists inside of us and focus it as love. There is unimaginable strength in LOVE, and when it is embraced in its fullness all else falls into place. And that LOVE is what will guide your baby across the threshold of birth.

Natural Childbirth Should be Approached as the Ultimate Meditation

It is only when we allow our own resonance to be activated that we are able to reach that state of deep connection and meditation.
The overwhelming energy of hospitals, drugs, procedures, etc. can all interfere with our original state of being and prevents us from reaching that direct connection with ourselves. They keep us trapped in the role of the victim. We feel like they are there to help our babies to be born, and it is then that we surrender control, not to the higher source, but to the hospital staff or the medical system or whatever may be in place to help our babies to be born.
When we do that we are looking outside of ourselves for the answer, instead of within. And we are not allowing our personal strength, power and vibration to be active.
In order for our babies to be born at that increased vibration we need to step through the door into the truth of our full potential, and see ourselves as we truly are. We are not small, weak or insignificant. We are part of God, we are Goddesses, and we bring life!

I hope this makes some sense to you. I have wanted to share this with you but didn’t know if you’d “get it.” But I believe that you will, and that you have an amazing gift and an amazing amount of personal power. Call upon that power. Call upon it now while you are pregnant. Work every day on your energy, release dark or stagnant energy and refill with light and love.

Hypnobirthing Techniques- 5 Easy Steps to Create a Positive State of Mind During Pregnancy & Natural Childbirth



If you have never used hypnobirthing techniques before they are a great way to help you stay in a positive mindset during your pregnancy and your natural childbirth. Through mastering these techniques you can effectively rid yourself of destructive patterns of negative thinking and empower yourself with the tools needed to replace them with positives. This can go a long way when preparing yourself for birth!
In this article I’ll share with you a few of my favorite hypnobirthing techniques. And also give some tips and pointers on how you can use them to create a truly enjoyable pregnancy and natural childbirth.

Why I Dove into Practicing Hypnobirthing Techniques

As my pregnancy progressed and the old singular me rapidly faded away, I began noticing  a new pathway opening up, and from it emerged a total shift in what I began to value as important. Stronger than any feeling I had ever experienced before sprung this great desire to give my daughter an amazingly beautiful and peaceful birth. It was as if I had received a message, and I somehow intuitively knew that her soul desired to be born this way!
I knew that she deserved to journey into this world completely and wholy saturated in love; and that my job was to simply allow her this experience without letting my own fears and doubts get in the way. In order to do this I would have to find a way to get beyond all of my uncertainties about birth and transform my mind to a place of complete faith and trust in the process.
I was fortunate to come across some amazing hypnobirthing techniques! I began using them in an attempt to retrain my mind to focus on and allow only positive thoughts into my experience and to protect myself from all thoughts and ideas that did not serve me. Through these hypnobirthing techniques I was able to release the fear that I had been holding onto, and my outlook on my amazing pregnancy and upcoming birth began to glow with optimism!

5 Easy Steps to Create and Maintain a Positive State of Mind Using Hypnobirthing Techniques


Step 1 – Commit Yourself to Practicing Positive Hypnobirthing Techniques:  

As with anything else if you want it to truly work for you, you must first commit yourself to it. If you commit yourself to this it is guaranteed to open up a whole new world for you that will not only help you through your pregnancy and natural childbirth, but will continue to improve the quality of your daily life.

Step 2 – Recite Daily Hypnobirthing Affirmations:

Affirmations are positive suggestions that help to arrange your state of mind to feel great. Pin them on your bathroom mirror and read them to yourself every morning upon waking and every night before going to bed, either out loud or in your mind. Another idea is to record yourself saying these affirmations and listen to them during your day.
So take some time to think about and write down some positive things that you would like to remind yourself of. They should be statements that make you feel safe, they should invoke positive, peaceful, calm and loving feelings about your pregnancy and birth. And remember to always use positive phrasing.
Here are some examples of positive hypnobirthing affirmations:
 “I love my pregnant body and I feel Great!”
“I know that my baby is growing healthy and strong inside of me now.”
“I trust birth, and I allow my body to easily lead me.”
“I know that there is no limit to how deeply I can relax.”
“I look forward to our birthing time.”
“I know that my baby will be born peacefully.”

Step 3- Avoid Negative Self Talk:

This seems pretty simple right? Do not talk bad about yourself. Do not put yourself down. And stop complaining.

Step 4- Avoid Negative People and Situations:

Having a natural childbirth you are going to face all sorts of opposition, this can come from friends, family, doctors and even complete strangers. Stand firm in your beliefs and don’t let anyone succeed in filling you with their fears.
If you know there are going to be certain situations or people that are going to be negative, try to avoid them at all costs until after your birth! I know that this is not always possible which is why next I am going to teach you my personal favorite in Step 5.

Step 5- Create and Use Your Bubble of Peace and Protection


This is a magic bubble that you create around yourself that protects you and your baby by acting as a kind of sheild repelling all negative thoughts, ideas, energies and suggestions. At the same time that it is keeping these bad things out, it is also protecting and strengthening feelings of peace, comfort and love inside of it. Your magic bubble of peace and protection is easy to create and is available for you to use instantly at any time or place!

To create this bubble all you have to do is take a few moments to find a quiet spot, and begin relaxing very deeply, then imagine surrounding your entire body and especially your baby in a beautiful white light. You may imagine, see, feel or just sense this light around you. Focus on and feel an abundance of peace and love radiating within it.
Once you feel yourself completely surrounded in this light your bubble of peace and protection is ready to be used. Remember that it is available to you at any time!  Use it whenever you feel that you may need to shield yourself, such as before you go into a public place, or at doctors appointments, when you around certain people, or in any stressful situations. All you have to do is imagine that bubble of light around you and it will instantly be there working for you!
If you would like to add a triple layer of protection all you have to do is imagine adding a layer of purple and a layer of green to your bubble.

Perfecting Your New Hypnobirthing Techniques

Now just because you have vowed to remain positive does not mean that you will no longer be faced with negative situations. But now you have to tools to deal with them. So instead of looking at so called “negative” situations as a bad thing begin to view them as a good thing.
Negative situations are not presented to you anymore to corrupt your thoughts, cause you fears, or detract from your positive ideas, they are now here simply as a platform for you to practice and perfect your tools and ability to remain calm and peaceful in the light of any situation.
